HumanNeeded settings

Change how your puck looks and sounds. You don't need this page for it to work: the puck follows your agents on its own. Changes are saved on the puck as you make them.

Pause agent alerts while you edit?

While you edit settings here, your puck can't hear from your agents, so it won't light up or play a sound when they finish or need you. When you're done, click Finish editing (or close this tab) and the puck goes back to following your agents.

Next, your browser asks you to pick the puck from a list. Choose the one named HumanNeeded or KB2040.

Update firmware

  1. Download firmware.
  2. Click Start update. The puck's light goes off and a drive called RPI-RP2 appears on your computer.
  3. Drag the downloaded file onto the RPI-RP2 drive. The puck installs it and restarts by itself within a few seconds. Your settings are kept.
